Accountabilities:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end execution of large-scale finance transformation programs, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget across multiple workstreams.
  • Oversee systems access, user provisioning, and onboarding processes for offshore and third-party teams, coordinating closely with HR, Technology, and Change Management partners.
  • Drive the setup, governance, and optimization of tools such as ServiceNow and Fieldglass to ensure secure and compliant access and operational workflows.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer, documentation, and data management practices to support sustainable operational continuity across distributed teams.
  • Manage connectivity and collaboration between US-based and offshore teams, resolving escalations and coordinating issue resolution with Technology stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of financial reporting methodologies, operational processes, and KPI tracking to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in program/project management, ideally within finance transformation, fintech operations, or enterprise technology environments.
  • Strong expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies with proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Solid understanding of finance operations, systems access management, and enterprise service tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in matrixed environments, influencing stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and global teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and escalation management skills in high-accountability environments.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to translate technical and operational requirements into actionable plans.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-starter mindset with a strong focus on delivery, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from approximately $105,786 to $155,152 depending on location.
  • Comprehensive health, life, and voluntary benefits supporting physical, mental, and financial well-being.
  • Short-term and long-term incentive opportunities, including bonus structures (details provided during hiring process).
  • Remote-first work arrangement within the United States.
  • Retirement and financial savings support programs.
  • Paid time off and additional lifestyle and wellbeing benefits.
  • Inclusive and performance-driven culture focused on trust, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Access to structured career development and learning opportunities in a fast-evolving technology and finance transformation environment.
