- Support project managers and team leaders in delivering cost management services across real estate and development projects.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, reports, financial analyses, and project deliverables within agreed timelines.
- Interpret client requirements and project briefs, translating them into actionable cost management plans and deliverables.
- Utilize industry best practices, methodologies, and technology tools to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful execution of assignments while maintaining quality standards.
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives, knowledge sharing, and innovation within the cost management function.
- Ensure compliance with project delivery frameworks, contractual obligations, and business risk management processes.
- Represent the organization professionally in all client and stakeholder interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 2–4 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or construction cost consultancy.
- Previous experience supporting projects within the UK market or working on UK-region cost management assignments.
- Understanding of cost planning, budgeting, commercial management, and project financial controls.
- Familiarity with CostX or similar cost estimating software is considered an advantage.
- Exposure to fit-out projects or interior construction assignments is desirable.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently when required, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
