This role provides advanced administrative and operational support across multiple teams, ensuring smooth coordination of key business processes in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. You will act as a critical support function for leaders and departments, managing high-volume administrative workflows with accuracy and efficiency. The position requires strong organizational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential and time-sensitive information.
You will play an important role in maintaining operational continuity by processing essential documentation, supporting compliance-related tasks, and ensuring timely communication across internal and external stakeholders.

- Provide advanced administrative and operational support to leaders and teams by managing high-volume workflows with accuracy and efficiency.
- Process account terminations, review and log customer cancellation documentation, and ensure proper record handling.
- Upload and maintain fire inspection reports and other compliance-related documents within authorized systems and portals.
- Prepare and distribute certificates of monitoring, contracts, and contract riders to support business and customer needs.
- Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation across internal systems while adhering to established procedures and controls.
- Support internal stakeholders with timely communication, coordination, and administrative follow-up tasks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline administrative processes.
- 3–5 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a high-volume or corporate operations environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, quality control, and compliance.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and clearly present information to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong overall Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Great Plains is preferred.
- Ability to interpret and execute written and verbal instructions with sound judgment.
