Role Overview: As a Medical Assistant, you play a critical role in the patient care experience. Your day-to day activities include:

·Engaging with patients to understand their visit purpose, recording chief complaints, and documenting medical histories.

· Conducting vital signs measurements like blood pressure, pulse, height, and weight.

· Preparing and managing treatment rooms for patient examination.

· Collaborating with physicians to coordinate high-quality patient care.

·Upholding confidentiality and ethical medical practices.

·Managing medical supplies, sterilization of instruments, and ensuring well-stocked examination rooms.

·Handling referrals and obtaining procedural authorizations.

· Administering injections as needed.

Bring Your Skills:

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· CPR and First Aid certification; Medical Assistant Certification (CMA) preferred.

·Proficiency in EMR, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

·Bilingual (English/Spanish) capabilities are a plus.
