This role is an opportunity to shape high-impact, conversion-driven digital experiences across large-scale consumer-facing journeys in a fast-paced, innovation-led environment. You will design across the full top-of-funnel ecosystem, including campaign pages, product launches, subscriber touchpoints, and scalable web experiences that directly influence user acquisition and engagement. Working at the intersection of brand, product, and engineering, you will transform complex customer journeys into clear, elegant, and high-performing digital solutions. You will be expected to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, contributing to both system-level design and detailed UI craft. This role is highly collaborative, involving close partnership with marketing, research, and product teams to ensure cohesive and impactful user experiences. - Lead the design of high-impact digital experiences across top-of-funnel and growth-focused web surfaces, including campaigns, product launches, and subscriber journeys.
- Own projects from concept to delivery, producing flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that elevate visual and interaction quality.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and research teams to define user problems and translate insights into effective design solutions.
- Build and evolve scalable design systems while maintaining consistency and quality across multiple touchpoints.
- Advocate for users by leveraging research, testing, and behavioral insights to inform design decisions.
- Push creative and strategic boundaries by introducing innovative, human-centered design solutions that improve conversion and engagement.
- Use AI-powered tools and modern design workflows to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and execution.
- Contribute to design critique, mentorship, and cross-functional alignment to raise the overall quality of the design organization.
- 5+ years of experience in product or digital design roles within cross-functional product teams.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of digital experiences, including strategy, UX, and high-fidelity UI execution.
- Advanced expertise in visual design, including typography, layout, interaction design, and scalable systems thinking.
- Experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments with strong ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and modern prototyping tools, with active use of AI-assisted design workflows.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to ship consumer-facing products.
- Bonus: experience in DTC, subscription, or growth-oriented digital products, and familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
