We're hiring a Commercial Lead Associate to join our Philadelphia team. This is a field-based role where you meet business owners, build connections, and open doors for our sales team — all while learning the skills that move you up.
You don't need sales experience. You need energy, personality, and hunger for opportunity. We'll teach you everything else — from how to start conversations to how professional sales teams operate.

What You'll Actually Do
You're the person who opens doors — literally and figuratively.
Every day, you visit commercial businesses across Philadelphia — office buildings, medical facilities, retail centers, restaurants — and start conversations with the people who run them. Your job is simple: figure out if they use a cleaning company, see if they're happy, and pass the good leads to our sales team.
You're not selling. You're not closing deals. You're meeting people, making connections, and feeding the pipeline.
You'll spend most of your day out in the field visiting businesses and meeting people. Some time in the office planning your routes and logging your activity. The rest is you, in the field, opening doors.
You're not alone. You work closely with an Inside Sales rep who takes the leads you find and turns them into appointments. You work under a Regional Director who teaches you the ropes and closes the deals. The best performers are the ones who communicate with their team every day.
What We're Looking For

We'll train the right person from the ground up. What we can't teach: drive, resilience, and the willingness to learn.
- Comfortable walking into businesses and starting conversations with strangers
- Competitive — you like having goals and hitting them
- Organized — you can manage your own schedule and stay on top of follow-ups
- Coachable — you take feedback and apply it
- Comfortable with technology (you'll use apps to log activity and track leads)
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (you'll be driving around the territory)
Bonus points: Prior experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or any job where you had to meet goals

💰 Compensation Package
$26 – $30/hour base + monthly commission & bonuses

Your base pay increases as you hit milestones. Commission is paid monthly on the deals that come from your leads. Top performers earn well above base — some double it.

You'll split your time between the office and the field. Some mornings start in the office planning your day. Most of your time is spent out meeting people. Afternoons wrap up back at the office logging your activity and coordinating with your team.
This is not a desk job. You're on the move — meeting business owners, dropping off materials, building relationships, and discovering opportunities across Philadelphia.
