  • Collaborate with product, security, and marketing teams to develop content that effectively communicates new security capabilities, innovations, and threat intelligence.
  • Identify opportunities for awareness campaigns, educational initiatives, and community engagement based on emerging threats and security research.
  • Support social media, content marketing, and communications efforts by providing technically accurate messaging and thought leadership.
  • Bridge communication gaps between highly technical subject matter experts and audiences ranging from frontline analysts to executive stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and publication of threat reports, rapid response communications, and cybersecurity research content.
  • Help establish trusted educational resources that strengthen the cybersecurity community's ability to understand and respond to evolving threats.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably within security operations, threat intelligence, incident response, or related technical security functions.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, attack techniques, threat landscapes, and defensive strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical research into accessible, engaging, and action-oriented content.
  • Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and content development skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience collaborating with security researchers, engineers, product teams, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Passion for staying current on cybersecurity trends, adversary tactics, and emerging industry developments.
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to improve productivity while maintaining critical thinking and content accuracy.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and rapidly evolving environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a commitment to accuracy, credibility, and community-focused education.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $180,000 to $200,000 USD, plus bonus opportunities and equity participation.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility and autonomy.
  • Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and company holidays.
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) plan with a 5% employer contribution regardless of employee participation.
  • Life insurance and disability coverage.
  • Stock options available to all full-time employees.
  • One-time $500 home office setup or upgrade reimbursement.
  • Annual budget for professional development, training, and continuing education.
  • Monthly $75 USD digital reimbursement allowance.
  • Access to coaching and personal development resources to support long-term growth and career success.
  • Opportunity to work alongside highly skilled cybersecurity professionals while contributing to meaningful industry impact.
