American Communities is seeking a Yardi Specialist. The Yardi Specialist is responsible for the administration, support, and optimization of the Yardi property management system. This role ensures data accuracy, system performance, and effective use of Yardi across departments while supporting users through training, troubleshooting, and process improvement.

• Maintain data integrity and manage Yardi system updates and audits
• Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training
• Improve workflows and recommend system enhancements
• Generate reports and support budgeting and financial analysis
• Collaborate with IT on system performance and security

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Yardi experience in multifamily property management
• Strong knowledge of Yardi Voyager (Residential, Accounting, RentCafé)
• Experience with reporting and data analysis
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
