This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building and scaling strategic alliances with major technology platforms, including Microsoft, Databricks, and Anthropic. The position sits at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and cloud ecosystems, with direct accountability for driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. The role operates in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial consulting environment focused on data, AI, and digital transformation. It requires deep expertise in co-sell motions, partner funding programs, and enterprise sales cycles. You will own the full lifecycle of strategic partner relationships, from executive alignment to pipeline generation and deal execution. This is both a hands-on individual contributor role and the foundation for building a future partnerships organization. It is ideal for a commercially driven leader who thrives in building scalable revenue engines through ecosystems.
- Own and lead strategic partner relationships across Microsoft, Databricks, and Anthropic, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring alignment across all co-sell and alliance activities.
- Develop and operationalize partner-driven revenue engines, translating relationships and funding programs into qualified pipeline and closed deals.
- Manage Microsoft co-sell and funding programs end-to-end, including Azure Accelerate, ECIF/MCI motions, and Azure Offer Navigator initiatives.
- Drive Databricks co-sell execution, deal registration, and partner motion maturity while strengthening relationships with platform stakeholders.
- Shape and expand the Anthropic partnership, supporting joint go-to-market motions and emerging program structures.
- Build repeatable pipeline generation programs in collaboration with marketing and sales leadership across partner ecosystems.
- Create scalable alliance playbooks, documenting co-sell processes, funding mechanics, and partner engagement models.
- Track, measure, and report on partner-sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, funding utilization, and overall ecosystem performance.
- Represent the organization in key partner forums, industry events, and executive-level engagements.
- 8+ years of experience in technology partnerships, alliances, enterprise sales, or co-sell roles within cloud, data, or AI ecosystems.
- Proven success working with at least one major platform partner (e.g., Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, Google, Snowflake, Anthropic, OpenAI) and ability to ramp quickly across multiple ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of cloud partner programs, including co-sell mechanics, deal registration, funding frameworks, and partner tiering systems.
- Demonstrated track record of generating and closing enterprise deals influenced or sourced through strategic partnerships.
- Experience selling or co-selling professional services or consulting solutions into enterprise clients.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and deliver against targets.
- Ability to build structured programs and scalable processes in an entrepreneurial or fast-growing environment.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI and data platforms such as Azure, Databricks Lakehouse, and modern AI systems.
- Experience with CRM and revenue tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel and engage directly with partners and clients as needed.
