Physical Therapist- Clinic Director in Kenilworth, New Jersey at SportsCare Physical Therapy

• Monitor patient flow and ensure that patient wait times are minimized.

• Manage and maintain patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Staff Management:

• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate clinical and administrative staff.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and current state licensure. Several years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy. Prior supervisory or management experience is preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
