You will act as a strategic finance partner to clients, translating financial information into meaningful insights that support decision-making and long-term growth. Your responsibilities will span advisory, analysis, and stakeholder engagement in a high-trust environment.

• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to clients, understanding their business models, goals, and strategic priorities
• Analyse financial performance and provide clear, insight-driven recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency
• Translate complex financial data into clear narratives that support executive decision-making and business planning
• Lead client engagements, workshops, and presentations with actionable strategic outputs
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to the development of junior team members
• Identify innovative financial and operational solutions to support business growth and problem-solving across industries

This role requires a qualified finance professional with strong commercial acumen and the ability to operate confidently in advisory and client-facing environments. You should be comfortable bridging technical finance with strategic business thinking.

• CA(SA) or CIMA qualification is required
• 3+ years of post-qualification experience in strategic finance, consulting, or related advisory roles
• Strong ability to interpret financial data and connect it to broader business strategy
• Confident communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders, including business owners and executives
• Strong analytical thinking combined with commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first, and entrepreneurial environment
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor and support junior colleagues

• Fully remote or hybrid flexibility, with optional in-person collaboration sessions
