Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner based in United States.
This is a high-impact, strategic yet hands-on recruiting role where you will act as a key driver of talent strategy across the organization while still deeply owning full-cycle execution. You will partner directly with executives and hiring managers to define hiring needs, shape role expectations, and build structured, high-quality interview processes. The environment is fast-moving and highly collaborative, requiring someone who is comfortable switching between strategic advisory work and individual contributor execution on complex searches. You will recruit across technical, product, operational, and customer-facing roles, acting as a true generalist talent expert. A strong emphasis is placed on building diverse, high-performing teams while continuously improving recruiting systems and practices. This role also offers the autonomy to leverage modern tools, including AI, to transform how recruiting is delivered at scale.
- Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and seniority levels, from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and close, including leadership, technical, and go-to-market roles
- Partner closely with executives and hiring managers as a strategic advisor, defining role requirements, leveling frameworks, interview design, and hiring bar calibration
- Proactively build and manage diverse talent pipelines through direct sourcing, market mapping, and targeted outreach rather than relying on inbound applicants
- Collaborate with and guide contract recruiters and support resources to ensure seamless execution and strong candidate experience
- Leverage AI tools and recruiting technologies to enhance sourcing, outreach, screening, and pipeline analysis while continuously improving efficiency and quality
- Own compensation discussions in partnership with total rewards, including benchmarking, pay equity considerations, and offer negotiation
- Manage external agencies when required, ensuring accountability, alignment, and performance against hiring needs
- Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates
- Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and systems including ATS usage, interviewer training, and hiring workflows
Requirements:
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including senior, technical, and commercial roles in fast-paced environments
- Strong background in startup, SaaS, and/or healthcare or health tech recruiting environments
- Proven ability to operate as a generalist across diverse role types and rapidly shifting hiring priorities
- Experience advising executives and senior stakeholders with confidence, clarity, and strong business acumen
- Demonstrated ability to independently run recruiting processes in lean or high-autonomy environments
- Strong sourcing skills with a track record of building proactive and diverse pipelines
- Solid understanding of compensation benchmarking, pay equity principles, and offer negotiation strategies
- Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into recruiting workflows with clear impact on speed or quality
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Deep commitment to building inclusive and diverse teams through structured hiring practices
Benefits:
- Competitive compensation aligned with senior-level recruiting impact
- Fully remote work within the United States (continental U.S. eligibility required)
- Opportunity to operate with high autonomy and influence hiring strategy at company level
- Exposure to executive leadership and cross-functional strategic decision-making
- Access to modern recruiting tools and freedom to integrate AI into daily workflows
- High-impact role shaping team growth and organizational capability at scale
- Collaborative, fast-paced environment with strong ownership culture
- Opportunity to build and refine scalable recruiting systems and processes
