About the Role:

The Machine Operator plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely. This position involves operating machinery, monitoring production lines, and maintaining quality control standards to produce high-quality products. The operator will be responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues and performing routine maintenance to minimize downtime. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with team members to optimize production workflows and adhere to safety protocols. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
