Product and Innovation Analyst - Bilingual ES/EN in Doral, Florida at Tama Corporation

We are seeking a Product & Innovation Analyst in Miami, Florida, to join our Marketing team and play a key role in the development, optimization, and innovation of our product portfolio.

This position will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, consumer trends, and growth opportunities, while coordinating the development of new products, line extensions, packaging initiatives, and product launches. The role will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and external partners to ensure that innovation initiatives are commercially viable and successfully brought to market.

Key qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within FMCG, food, or beverage industries.
• Demonstrated experience in New Product Development (NPD), portfolio management, and packaging development.
• Strong knowledge of market research, consumer trends, competitive benchmarking, and SKU profitability analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

We are looking for an analytical, organized, results-oriented professional who can translate consumer and market insights into actionable business opportunities and effectively manage cross-functional projects. Strong communication, planning, adaptability, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Fluent English and Spanish are essentially required.
