This role is part of a dynamic technical operations environment focused on ensuring the stability and performance of critical IT infrastructure.
You will work in a 24x7 NOC/SOC setting, supporting the monitoring of networks, servers, and security alerts in real time.
The position plays a key role in identifying incidents quickly and ensuring service continuity across multiple systems.
You will interact with monitoring tools, technical teams, and clients to support incident resolution and communication.
It is a highly operational role that requires attention to detail, agility, and strong analytical thinking.
You will also contribute to documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement of infrastructure processes.
- Monitor network infrastructure, servers, IT services, and security alerts, ensuring rapid detection of anomalies.
- Track dashboards and monitoring tools, opening, registering, and following up on technical incidents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents affecting connectivity, systems, and infrastructure services.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, operational records, and incident reports.
- Support scheduled infrastructure changes and maintenance activities.
- Verify backups, routine procedures, and operational health checks.
- Communicate incident status and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in asset management and inventory control of infrastructure components.
- Perform connectivity diagnostics and support physical and logical network troubleshooting.
- Previous experience in NOC or Technical Support (Level 1 or 2) within ISP, telecom operator, or integrator environments.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP networks and Ethernet fundamentals.
- Familiarity with optical network infrastructure (backbone, FTTH, or transport networks).
- Hands-on experience with CLI environments (Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, Ciena, Nokia, Mikrotik or similar).
- Ability to diagnose optical network issues and perform physical layer troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills for remote customer support and accurate technical documentation.
- Availability to work in a 24x7 night shift rotation schedule.
- Technical education in Network Administration or related fields.
