This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced cloud infrastructure professional to design and deliver enterprise-scale cloud solutions for global customers. In this role, you will lead the architecture, implementation, and optimization of secure, resilient hybrid cloud environments while supporting mission-critical applications and modern cloud-native platforms. Working closely with engineering, DevOps, and customer teams, you will help drive digital transformation through automation, Kubernetes, Infrastructure-as-Code, and cloud best practices. You will serve as a senior technical leader, guiding complex cloud initiatives from design through deployment and ongoing operations. - Design, implement, and optimize scalable cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure and on-premises technologies to support enterprise workloads.
- Architect highly available, secure, and disaster recovery-enabled environments while ensuring performance, resiliency, and operational excellence.
- Design and manage Azure networking components, including Virtual Networks, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, Azure Firewall, Network Security Groups, Load Balancers, and Application Gateway/WAF.
- Lead customer onboarding, cloud migration, and infrastructure modernization projects while serving as the primary technical advisor throughout delivery.
- Deploy, administer, and troubleshoot enterprise Linux, Windows Server, Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to support CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native application deployments, and Infrastructure-as-Code automation using Terraform and scripting technologies.
- Manage monitoring, observability, backup, storage, replication, networking, and infrastructure lifecycle activities, including capacity planning, patching, disaster recovery testing, and operational improvements.
- Provide advanced Level 3 technical support, perform root cause analysis, contribute to security and compliance initiatives, and participate in after-hours support rotations when required.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise cloud infrastructure environments.
- Extensive hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Virtual Network, Azure Firewall, Azure Monitor, Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, Key Vault, Entra ID (Azure AD), Application Gateway/WAF, ExpressRoute, and VPN Gateway.
- Strong experience managing hybrid cloud and hybrid identity environments.
- Advanced Linux systems administration experience within enterprise production environments.
- Deep expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, cloud-native architectures, container orchestration, and microservices platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes ecosystem technologies, including Helm, RBAC, ingress controllers, persistent storage, cluster networking, monitoring, and logging integrations.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and automation using Terraform, PowerShell, Bash, Python, ARM Templates, Bicep, or similar technologies.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Puppet, or Ansible.
- Strong networking expertise covering routing, switching, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, reverse proxies, HAProxy, and NGINX.
- Experience implementing infrastructure security best practices aligned with CIS and NIST frameworks.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms such as Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, and Nagios.
- Experience working with IT service management platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Jira, or equivalent solutions is preferred.
- Multi-cloud experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD), or AWS Solutions Architect are considered strong assets.
