You will partner closely with sales teams to drive both new business and expansion opportunities while ensuring strong technical alignment throughout the customer journey.

  • Act as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers, leading architecture discussions, evaluations, and solution design workshops
  • Partner with Account Executives to shape account strategy, identify technical risks, and support both land-and-expand motions
  • Design and prototype real-world applications using supported languages (e.g., Java, Golang, TypeScript, Python, C#, or PHP)
  • Guide customers through distributed systems architecture decisions, including scalability, reliability, security, and performance considerations
  • Deliver technical presentations, whiteboarding sessions, and documentation to support adoption and implementation
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate customer needs into scalable platform capabilities
Requirements:

This position requires deep expertise in distributed systems and enterprise architecture, combined with strong customer-facing communication skills and hands-on development experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and influencing technical direction at senior stakeholder levels.

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or similar technical roles in enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems design, cloud-native architectures, and production-scale application patterns
  • Hands-on experience building applications in at least one modern language such as Java, Go, TypeScript, Python, C#, or PHP
  • Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and common enterprise infrastructure services
  • Ability to design, build, and present working prototypes to demonstrate technical solutions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Experience supporting pre-sales, technical advisory, or customer-facing architecture roles is highly valued
Benefits:
  • Competitive total compensation package with base salary, variable pay, and equity participation
  • Remote-first flexibility within the United States
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance coverage
  • Unlimited paid time off plus company holidays and additional floating holidays
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer support
  • Home office setup stipend, internet reimbursement, and remote work support benefits
  • Annual budgets for professional development, learning, and career growth
  • Wellness and mental health support programs, including app subscriptions and resources
