This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor Fullstack Sr - Java/Angular based in Brazil.
This role is designed for a senior fullstack engineer who will contribute to the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications in a modern, cloud-oriented environment. You will work across both backend and frontend layers, building robust APIs in Java and delivering responsive user interfaces with Angular. The position involves close collaboration with product, QA, and DevOps teams in agile squads, ensuring continuous delivery and high software quality. You will also contribute to architectural decisions, helping shape microservices-based solutions and automation practices. With strong exposure to DevOps culture and AI-driven enhancements, this role sits at the intersection of innovation and engineering excellence. You will be responsible for building and maintaining end-to-end software solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and high-quality delivery:
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java (Quarkus/Spring), focusing on RESTful API design and integration
- Build dynamic and responsive frontend applications using Angular
- Design and optimize SQL queries and database structures to ensure efficiency and reliability
- Participate in the architecture and evolution of microservices-based systems
- Apply DevOps practices to support CI/CD pipelines, automation, and scalable deployments
- Contribute to agile ceremonies (Scrum), including planning, refinements, and retrospectives
- Implement unit tests and code quality checks using tools such as SONAR and Fortify
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and improve product quality
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including performance optimization and AI-driven enhancements
This role requires strong fullstack experience with solid backend, frontend, and architectural knowledge in modern development environments:
- Solid experience with Java (version 10+) using Spring or Quarkus frameworks
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular for frontend development
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database modeling and optimization
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with Git for version control and collaborative development workflows
- Knowledge of unit testing practices and code quality tools such as SONAR and Fortify
- Understanding of AI concepts and their application in software development is a plus
- Strong communication, autonomy, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage priorities in fast-paced, dynamic environments
