- Own the full P&L performance of the assigned market, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence while reporting directly to executive leadership.
- Lead market development initiatives by establishing or strengthening local operations, increasing brand visibility, and executing growth strategies tailored to regional opportunities.
- Oversee all key business functions including traffic acquisition, product localization, payments, CRM, VIP management, customer support, partnerships, and reputation management.
- Analyze performance metrics, conduct operational audits, and identify opportunities to improve acquisition, retention, conversion rates, and overall business efficiency.
- Drive affiliate marketing initiatives and user acquisition campaigns with a focus on increasing first-time deposits and maximizing return on investment.
- Develop and execute retention strategies, VIP programs, and customer engagement initiatives to enhance player value and long-term loyalty.
- Build, manage, and develop local teams, ensuring effective hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and customer sentiment while coordinating reputation management and crisis communication efforts.
- Collaborate closely with Product, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams to align market objectives with broader business priorities.
- Track and optimize core KPIs including acquisition costs, customer lifetime value, retention, revenue performance, payment efficiency, customer satisfaction, and brand perception.
- Minimum 3 years of experience within the iGaming industry across country management, affiliate marketing, traffic acquisition, product operations, or related functions.
- Strong understanding of .com business models and commercial metrics, including CAC, LTV, NGR, affiliate revenue share structures, and overall unit economics.
- Proven experience launching, scaling, or managing operations within European, Indian, or Turkish markets.
- Solid knowledge of payment service providers and payment infrastructure within offshore or international gaming environments.
- Demonstrated success building, leading, and scaling local teams, including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and KPI management.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret dashboards, identify trends, and implement performance improvements.
- Experience working with affiliate platforms and tracking tools such as Affise, Tune, Cellxpert, or similar solutions.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing influencer, streamer, or partnership programs within the iGaming sector.
- Additional advantages include knowledge of cryptocurrency payment solutions, responsible gaming practices, compliance processes, BI tools, and reputation management strategies.
- Full ownership of market strategy, business performance, and P&L management.
