This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Care Navigation Coordinator based in the United States.
This role plays a key part in supporting the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services through telemedicine coordination and clinical scheduling. You will act as a central liaison between clinical teams, healthcare providers, and partner facilities to ensure seamless communication and efficient care delivery. The position focuses on organizing appointments, managing clinical documentation, and supporting telehealth operations across multiple sites. You will help ensure that patient encounters are accurately documented, properly scheduled, and aligned with clinical and operational requirements. Working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, you will contribute to improving access to mental health services through technology-enabled care pathways. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts in real time. - Coordinate telehealth-based clinical consultations, ensuring smooth communication between providers, patients, and partner sites.
- Manage scheduling workflows, including appointment coordination, provider availability updates, and pre-visit chart preparation.
- Support accurate documentation of clinical encounters, including medical records, billing inputs, and outcome tracking.
- Operate telemedicine platforms, video conferencing tools, and electronic medical record (EMR) systems to facilitate care delivery.
- Assist facility teams with patient selection processes, informed consent procedures, and screening tool administration.
- Monitor and communicate schedule changes or updates to ensure efficient use of clinical time and resources.
- Conduct patient or client satisfaction check-ins and maintain accurate logs and reporting records.
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards, confidentiality requirements, and organizational policies.
- 3–5+ years of experience in a behavioral health, psychiatric, or mental health clinical setting.
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration, including scheduling, documentation, and/or billing.
- Strong familiarity with telehealth platforms, video conferencing tools, and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Knowledge of psychiatric care workflows and behavioral health service delivery strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on patient and client service.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines and coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to patient confidentiality and data protection.
- Hourly compensation of $25/hour.
- Flexible weekend schedule (Saturdays, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM CST).
