Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, strategic alliances, channel development, or business development within e-commerce or fintech environments.
  • Proven success in building and managing partnerships end-to-end, from acquisition to revenue generation.

  • Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for pipeline and forecasting management.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in remote and cross-functional environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in fast-paced, high-ownership settings.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering measurable outcomes.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary package between 140K and 160K
  • Comprehensive medical and dental insurance coverage
  • Tech stipend to support your remote work setup
  • Mental health support and professional development opportunities
  • Flexible, remote-first work environment with strong emphasis on work-life balance
  • RRSP and 401K matching programs
