- Lead the intake, scoping, prioritization, and impact assessment of automation, AI, and technology initiatives across a diverse project portfolio.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify operational needs, define requirements, and translate objectives into actionable technology solutions.
- Coordinate build, testing, deployment, and implementation activities across multiple delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Drive alignment among cross-functional stakeholders regarding portfolio priorities, resource allocation, and expected business outcomes.
- Monitor portfolio performance, delivery milestones, and cumulative business impact while maintaining visibility into organizational progress.
- Support technology platform strategies and oversee impact measurement across automation and transformation initiatives.
- Manage business and technology audits, ensuring compliance with standards, policies, and regulatory requirements while driving corrective actions when necessary.
- Oversee business continuity planning, testing, readiness activities, and operational resilience programs.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to implement process improvements, governance frameworks, and operational best practices.
- Contribute to high-profile transformation projects and strategic initiatives with significant business impact.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience and relevant coursework may also be considered.
- 7–10 years of experience in technology operations, automation, continuous improvement, program management, business transformation, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives and managing complex portfolios of projects.
- Strong knowledge of automation technologies, AI initiatives, process improvement methodologies, and operational transformation practices.
- Proven ability to conduct business impact analysis, prioritization exercises, and strategic planning activities.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships across business, operational, and technology functions.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and consensus-building capabilities.
- Experience with audit management, governance frameworks, risk mitigation, compliance processes, or business continuity planning is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive salary ranging from approximately $106,820 to $250,360 annually, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
