Job Description

Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst based in the United States.

This role sits at the core of revenue visibility and operational excellence within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you will own and evolve the systems, reporting, and processes that power go-to-market performance across Sales, Finance, and Customer Success. You will serve as the primary Salesforce and CPQ systems expert, ensuring accurate data flow from quoting through billing and revenue recognition. This is a highly autonomous, hands-on individual contributor role with direct exposure to executive leadership, including the CFO. You will play a key role in shaping how revenue data is structured, interpreted, and used for decision-making. The environment is fast-moving and collaborative, requiring strong technical skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex systems and data into clear insights that drive growth.

Accountabilities
  • Act as the primary Salesforce and CPQ administrator, managing configuration updates, system changes, documentation, and platform maintenance.
  • Own and continuously improve revenue operations dashboards, providing visibility into pipeline, bookings, churn, ARR, and overall revenue performance.
  • Build, maintain, and deliver recurring and ad-hoc executive reporting, including ARR forecasts and board-level performance summaries.
  • Support weekly revenue and growth reviews through reporting preparation, dashboard management, and data analysis.
  • Partner closely with Deal Desk and Finance teams to optimize quoting workflows, CPQ configurations, templates, and order-to-cash accuracy.
  • Ensure end-to-end data integrity across Salesforce, CPQ, billing, and revenue recognition systems.
  • Triage and resolve GTM systems issues across Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, ensuring timely resolution and process clarity.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across revenue systems, including automation, error reduction, and documentation enhancements.
  • Support planning and execution of CPQ upgrades, system transitions, and tooling enhancements.
  • Maintain scalable reporting structures and ensure consistency across all revenue-related metrics and definitions.
Requirements
  • 5–7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Salesforce administration, or related GTM systems roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Active Salesforce Administrator Certification required; additional certifications (App Builder, CPQ Specialist) strongly preferred.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, quoting processes, and revenue operations workflows.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level dashboards, ARR reporting, and revenue performance analytics.
  • Experience working closely with executive stakeholders such as CFO, CRO, or VP-level leadership.
  • Familiarity with GTM tech stacks such as Marketo, ZoomInfo, Zendesk, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical systems and data clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of systems, and drive execution end-to-end.
  • Bonus: experience with Salesforce automation, Apex, scripting, or backend system enhancements.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 USD annually.
  • Annual bonus opportunity of approximately 10% of base salary, bringing total target compensation to $132,000 to $154,000.
  • Equity grant eligibility as part of long-term incentive programs.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Flexible PTO policy and paid holidays.
  • Fully remote, high-autonomy work environment.
  • Direct exposure to executive leadership and strategic revenue decision-making.
  • Opportunity to shape and scale revenue systems in a high-growth SaaS organization.
  • Collaborative, impact-driven culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
