As our business expands in Brazil, we are seeking a Content Acquisition & Partnerships to identify, evaluate, and secure high-value content partnerships that can accelerate the growth of the Doozy platform.

Are you a connector in the Brazilian media landscape with a passion for the creator economy and streaming ecosystems? Doozy is looking for a strategic, commercially minded Content Acquisition & Partnerships to join our team and help us build the next-generation Entertainment & Content Ecosystem

• Strategic Sourcing: Identify and establish partnerships with TV networks, sports broadcasters, football media channels, digital content networks, and independent producers.
• Negotiation & Licensing: Lead commercial negotiations, structure licensing agreements, and explore revenue-sharing or joint venture models.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor Brazil’s evolving media landscape to identify trends in streaming, FAST channels, and creator-led media.
• Ecosystem Building: Work cross-functionally with legal, product, and business teams to integrate diverse content into our platform, club apps, and fan engagement ecosystems.

• Experienced: You bring 5+ years of experience in content partnerships, media business development, or content acquisition.
• Connected: You possess an existing network within Brazil's media and broadcasting industry.
• Expert: You have a deep understanding of the Brazilian media landscape, including OTT platforms, the football content market, and the YouTube/creator economy.
• Fluent: Portuguese is required, and English proficiency is a must.
