Class A HAZMAT Driver in Stockton, California at Environmental Chemical Consulting

• *SEEKING ROLL OFF AND TANKER TRAILERS OPERATORS*
• *POSSIBLE SATURDAY OVERTIME*
• *POSSIBLE LAYOVERS

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck
• Ensure materials are properly labeled and that no packages are leaking or otherwise improperly prepared for shipping
• Know regulations regarding transportation of hazardous substances, including if permits are necessary anywhere along a planned route.
• Must maintain shipping papers and emergency contact information in a designated area of the truck.
• Properly securing cargo to prevent movement or spilling during transport.
• Load and unload cargo
• Properly track and document activity log / ELD
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Pre and Post Trip Inspections required

• Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields
• Class A Commercial Driver's License
• HAZMAT Endorsement Required
• TANKER Endorsement Required
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong work ethic
• Roll off truck experience preferred
• No Restrictions, preferred manual 10 speed experience
