Job Title: Licensed Clinician
Program: NJ4S Compass
Location: 245 Atlantic City Boulevard, Beachwood, New Jersey (2nd floor)
*Hybrid remote/community/office/position
Position Type: Full Time
Salary Range: (LSW/LAC) $75,000.00 - (LCSW/LPC) $80,000.00
Job Description/Summary
Provides screening, brief interventions, facilitation of treatment referrals, school consultation and necessary referrals to community support as needed to students identified by their school as needing services.
Responsibilities
• Provides clinical services both in person and virtually to students as dispatched to a school within the HUB vicinage.
• Clinical services will include trauma-informed screening, brief interventions, facilitation of treatment referrals, school consultation and making necessary referrals to community supports as needed/identified.
• Provide Tier 3 clinical services will include clinical assessment, screening of suicide and substance use, service planning, ongoing clinical intervention strategies, and linkages to outside services when deemed necessary.
• Provides consultation to school staff and parents on various topics including suicide, eating disorders, school refusal, etc.
• Completes all paperwork and data entry within the prescribed time period.
• Assists with prevention programming as needed.
Competencies
• Computer proficiency, familiarity with Excel, Word, professional electronic record keeping portals.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer services skills.
• Demonstrates familiarity with organizational policies and procedures.
Qualifications
• Education: MSW, MA, MS, PhD
• Licensure: LSW / LAC LCSW / LPC (Preferred)
• Experience: Three years of relevant experience providing therapy to children.
• Other: Valid NJDL, safe driving record
• Fingerprinting per DCF regulations.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus - Additional Stipend
