As an AtlantiCare RN, you will utilize your skills, experience and education to assess, plan, and evaluate the healthcare needs od patients through direct collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey or current multi state license required.
- BLS required.
- ACLS required within 6 months of hire or transfer
- Minimum of 8 contact hours of education every 1 year in basic trauma assessment, intervention and stabilization.
- Minimum of 8 contact hours of education every 1 year in basic stroke assessment, intervention, and NIHSS to be completed by 6 months of hire or transfer and continuously maintained thereafter.
- ATCN or TNCC is required within 24 months of hire or transfer.
- PALS or ENPC attained within 12 months of hire or transfer.
- CPI by 10/31/25 for existing team members, and new team members have 1 year from hire or transfer date.
- 2 years of medical/surgical and/or emergency room experience preferred
