Dual-Role Bartender / Front Desk Associate
Reports To: GM, AGM, Front Office Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, F&B Director
Position Summary
The Dual-Role Bartender/Front Desk Associate supports both bar operations and front desk services in a
limited-service hotel. This position delivers excellent guest service while maintaining compliance with brand
standards and Northern Hotels Group policies.
Primary Responsibilities
Prepare and serve beverages while providing professional bar service.
Perform front desk duties including guest check-in and check-out.
Process payments accurately for both bar and lodging transactions.
Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services and local attractions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of both bar and front desk areas.
Ensure responsible alcohol service and verify guest identification.
Complete opening and closing duties for assigned areas.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum age requirement per state alcohol service laws.
Prior hospitality, bartending, or front desk experience preferred.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
