You will also mentor junior team members and help customers adopt new capabilities across an evolving technology landscape.
It is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Salesforce professional who enjoys ownership, variety, and client-facing transformation work.

- Lead approximately 3–4 managed services engagements concurrently, working closely with global delivery teams.
- Coordinate client and team onboarding activities and establish effective working processes from the beginning of each engagement.
- Monitor engagement budgets, timelines, resource allocation, risks, issues, and overall delivery status.
- Own regular client communications and work closely with delivery leadership to maintain strong customer satisfaction.
- Perform routine and complex Salesforce configuration and enhancements across relevant platform capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation throughout long-term customer relationships.
- Coach and mentor junior functional and technical team members, helping raise delivery quality and platform expertise.
- Stay current with new Salesforce and Amazon capabilities and assess opportunities to apply emerging technologies to customer solutions.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience, including experience solving complex business and technical use cases across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Significant experience in business process consulting, technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and the broader Salesforce platform; familiarity with Amazon products and services is a plus.
- Proven client-facing experience across project ownership, discovery and design, solution development, and presentation of solution options.
- Experience creating and managing user stories, including estimation, sizing, backlog grooming, and release planning.
- Salesforce Administrator certification plus either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
- Additional Salesforce certifications or accreditations are advantageous, particularly AI Specialist, Experience/Community Cloud, Field Service Lightning Consultant, or CPQ Specialist.

- A collaborative, adaptable mindset with the ability to learn new technologies and respond effectively to changing customer and business requirements.
- Strong ownership mentality, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively as part of distributed, cross-functional teams.
