SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Specialist is responsible for the efficient and safe pickup and delivery of food to designated distribution sites. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory controls, overseeing the organization and storage of products within the warehouse, and ensuring the proper operation and upkeep of refrigeration units, freezers, forklifts, vehicles, and other warehouse equipment. The Warehouse Specialist also plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, supporting the food bank's mission by ensuring all logistics and operations are conducted in compliance with safety standards and organizational protocols.
