Automotive Shipping & Receiving Clerk – Honda Libertyville

Honda Libertyville, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, is hiring an organized and dependable Automotive Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our busy Parts Department. This role is a great fit for someone with warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, parts, or dealership experience who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and keeping operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Receive, inspect, count, and verify incoming parts and inventory shipments.
• Prepare, package, label, and document outgoing shipments accurately.
• Update and maintain inventory records using warehouse, parts, or shipping systems.
• Load and unload deliveries using forklifts, pallet jacks, or by hand as needed.
• Organize the Parts Department and help maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Communicate professionally with team members, vendors, drivers, and customers.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Prior shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, automotive parts, or dealership experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus; willingness to obtain certification is helpful.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift.
• Basic computer skills, including email, inventory software, and shipping platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, organization, and ability to work independently.
