DESCRIPTION
  • Design, maintain, and govern project documentation structures ​

  • Manage and maintain project databases and tracking tools, consolidating schedules, release status, project KPIs, risks, evidence, and key project information.​

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, status reports, traffic-light dashboards, performance indicators, and supporting documentation for project reviews and decision-making.​

  • Coordinate and document project meetings, including agendas, minutes, action items, protocols, lessons learned, and PMO evidence.​

  • Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements related to document governance, information traceability, audits, and project control processes.​

  • Manage and track purchase requests and purchase orders throughout their full lifecycle.​

  • Support process improvement initiatives ​

  • Design and maintain visual management tools, including Kanban boards, tracking matrices, and project monitoring dashboards.​

  • Prepare executive reports, management presentations, and decision-support materials​

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor´s degree in industrial engineering or similar.
  • +6 months of experience in technical support in the automotive sector.
  • Advanced proficiency in word processors and spreadsheets for reports and presentations.
  • Experience using Think Cell​
  • Efficient organization and planning of meetings using digital tools.
  • Creation and maintenance of physical and digital filing systems.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent English.
  • 1 year contract.
