This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Especialista II SAP EWM based in Brazil.
This is a senior SAP EWM opportunity focused on designing scalable solutions for complex logistics and distribution environments.
You will contribute to the implementation and evolution of SAP EWM capabilities, balancing standard functionality with business needs.
The role combines solution architecture, systems integration, operational support, and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Tech Managers, key users, and technical and operational teams.
A strong understanding of logistics processes and large-scale distribution centers will be essential to delivering sustainable solutions.
You will also participate in discovery, development, testing, and agile ceremonies while helping maintain technical quality and documentation.
The position is ideal for a collaborative SAP professional who enjoys solving complex problems and turning them into reusable, scalable solutions.
- Ensure the implementation and evolution of SAP EWM standard functionalities, contributing to solution decisions across squads and products and maintaining reference solution designs for distribution centers.
- Apply deep SAP EWM and logistics expertise to identify improvements, resolve complex issues, and design scalable solutions that promote reuse and long-term sustainability.
- Support key users in aligning business processes with SAP standard functionality and identifying appropriate solutions.
- Ensure integrations with satellite systems are operational, properly monitored, and aligned with the overall solution architecture.
- Act as an active technical representative throughout discovery, refinement, development, testing, and delivery follow-up, collaborating with Product and Technology leadership.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including planning, daily meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage technical debt together with the Tech Manager, ensuring technical documentation remains current and maintaining the technical backlog.
- Validate technical features and contribute to a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
- Proven participation in at least two complete SAP EWM implementations.
- Solid experience implementing SAP EWM and strong knowledge of logistics processes.
- Knowledge of the SAP EWM application catalog.
- Experience with infrastructure supporting EWM implementations, including barcode printers and handheld scanners.
- Knowledge of industrial automation processes and WCS-to-EWM integration.
- Experience designing solutions for large-scale distribution centers using SAP standard capabilities.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Practical knowledge of discovery techniques and prototyping.
- Strong ability to analyze complex scenarios and translate business and operational requirements into sustainable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas concisely to stakeholders, technical teams, and operational users.
- Strong collaboration and negotiation skills, with confidence facilitating workshops and brainstorming sessions.
- Knowledge of SAP integration technologies and SAP BTP is a plus.
- Intermediate English proficiency is desirable.
