- Drive conversion rate, average order value, and customer lifetime value through testing and data
- Partner with Marketing on acquisition, email, SMS, and retention so site and channel performance work together
- Work with Product, Operations, and Customer Care so inventory, fulfillment, and service support a strong customer experience

- Experience managing and developing a team, including senior and specialist roles
- Strong command of conversion optimization, merchandising, pricing, and testing
- Comfort with analytics and reporting; you decide from data and explain it plainly
- Working knowledge of ecommerce platforms and the tools around them, such as Shopify, subscription, email, and analytics tools
- Clear communication and the judgment to work across Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance
- A builder's mindset: you move fast, take smart risks, test and learn, and are not afraid to be wrong on the way to being right.
- Base salary: $120,000 to $155,000 per year, based on experience.

- 401(k) plan with employer matching
