What we're looking for from you:
  • You are keen to learn more about Engineering practices adopted in the Organisation and ability to settle in the environment quicker.
  • You will be expected to learn quickly on the industry ways of working, understand the project documentation and domain knowledge of the project.
  • You will be expected to showcase incremental improvements towards your learning and development through self documentation or any related visualisation techniques.
  • You will be expected to work 3 days a week in office and 2 days remotely. You will be complying with the cadences set for all the team members.
  • You will be expected to exhibit excellent soft skills during the course of the internship.


Roles & Responsibilities

You'll be working in an environment where there will be fully functional agile teams. During the training window, you will be assigned with mentors/ trainers who will be incrementally accessing your capability.

  • A solid understanding of Software Development lifecycle and strengthen a specific skill set in the training period.
  • Build the ability to work as a team player.
  • A willingness to broaden your knowledge by learning new skills, tools and approaches
  • Be ready to showcase your skills and the learnings during the training window in form interviews.


Requirements
  • A minimum of BE or equivalent Under Graduation completion without any standing arrears
  • Basic knowledge of any Programming language and Data structures.
  • Excellent written and Oral communication skills.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Understanding of SDLC and how software works.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Good observation skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with certifications in Data Engineering, Analytical Implementation Engineering, Salesforce Development, QA Automation, DevOps, Java Programming or Data Science
  • Good to have
    • Experience working in or developing a software application.
    • Any participation in Hackathons and ability to demonstrate the experience
    • Knowledge and difference between frontend, middleware and Data layers of a Software architecture.


Location: Bangalore,Karnataka, India

Working Arrangement: Hybrid - a minimum of three days in office per week
