Job Description

Relationship Manager, Stablecoin Issuance

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Relationship Manager, Stablecoin Issuance based in the United States.

This role sits at the center of a fast-evolving stablecoin issuance and distribution business, supporting how institutional digital money products are designed, positioned, and brought to market. You will work closely with senior commercial teams to translate market signals into actionable go-to-market (GTM) initiatives across issuance, payments, treasury, and strategic partnerships. The role blends business development support, market intelligence, and light commercial structuring in a highly cross-functional environment. You will engage with banks, fintechs, payment providers, and crypto-native institutions, gaining direct exposure to live institutional deal cycles. It is designed for an early-career professional eager to understand how stablecoins move from concept to real-world adoption at scale. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and deeply embedded in institutional digital asset infrastructure.

Accountabilities:
  • Support go-to-market execution across stablecoin issuance, distribution, rewards, payments, and treasury use cases, working closely with business development and commercial teams.
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, proposals, and commercial summaries for institutional clients and partners.
  • Track active pipelines, manage follow-ups, and ensure visibility across ongoing commercial conversations and deal progress.
  • Conduct market research on stablecoin ecosystems, competitors, and emerging use cases, translating insights into GTM recommendations.
  • Monitor regulatory developments (e.g., GENIUS Act, MiCA, and global frameworks) and assess their impact on commercialization strategies.
  • Assist in building lightweight financial and commercial models (pricing, incentives, volumes, and AUM assumptions).
  • Coordinate with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to support deal execution and ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Contribute to internal GTM documentation, playbooks, and structured reporting on KPIs and partner activity.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, finance, fintech, crypto, strategy, or high-growth technology environments.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure complex problems into clear, actionable outputs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing client-facing materials.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel.
  • Strong interest in stablecoins, payments, digital assets, or financial infrastructure.
  • Comfortable with financial modeling, spreadsheets, and basic quantitative analysis.
  • Prior exposure to GTM, partnerships, business development, or strategy roles is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with financial markets and institutional infrastructure is desirable.
Benefits:
  • Exposure to senior GTM and business development leadership with direct mentorship opportunities
  • Hands-on experience across stablecoin issuance, institutional partnerships, and commercial strategy
  • Front-row access to institutional adoption of digital assets and emerging payment rails
  • Opportunity to develop into more senior roles in BD, strategy, or product over time
  • Dynamic, high-growth environment focused on shaping next-generation financial infrastructure
  • Cross-functional learning across product, legal, compliance, and operations teams
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package (details shared during hiring process)
