  • 10+ years of progressive safety leadership experience within distribution, fulfillment, logistics, manufacturing, automation, or related operational environments.
  • Proven success managing multi-site safety programs across geographically dispersed operations with varying levels of complexity and risk.
  • Strong experience conducting serious incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action management.
  • Knowledge of robotics safety, machine guarding, lockout/tagout procedures, automation risk assessments, ergonomics, and human factors engineering.

  • Familiarity with dangerous goods programs, food safety requirements, environmental compliance, DOT regulations, and regulated inventory categories.
  • Experience utilizing safety management systems, incident management platforms, reporting tools, and analytics to drive data-based decisions.
  • Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities with the ability to influence senior operational leaders.
  • Professional certifications such as CSP, ASP, CIH, CHMM, ARM, HACCP, PCQI, or equivalent credentials are highly preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range of $118,396 – $157,862 USD, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus program.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage.
