Title: Inventory Specialist

Position Summary:

Excesser is seeking a dependable and hardworking Inventory Specialist to support warehouse operations and inventory management activities. This physically active role involves locating and pulling inventory, handling materials, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull and organize inventory within the warehouse
• Accurately handle and move inventory materials
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow established warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
• Meet productivity goals in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and climb ladders up to 10 feet
• Comfortable performing physical tasks in a warehouse setting
• Ability to work within ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and FOD (Foreign Object Debris) controlled environments

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• On site, Sandy Hook, CT
• First Shift
• 8-hour shifts
• 30-minute meal break

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory, manufacturing, or other physically demanding work environment
  
  

Compensation

• Hourly pay: $19.50
• Temporary assignment (Approximately 2–3 months)
