Night Auditor

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform nightly audit procedures to verify and balance financial transactions and ensure accuracy of guest accounts

- Prepare and review daily financial reports, including revenue summaries and audit reports

- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes during overnight hours

- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

- Maintain security and safety protocols throughout the hotel premises during the night shift

- Ensure all front desk operations are completed efficiently and accurately

- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and facility issues

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and customer service abilities

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends

- Basic proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality is a plus
