This leadership role is focused on driving commercial sales performance across a defined U.S. district, overseeing enterprise and complex named accounts within a high-growth, cyber-resilience technology environment. You will be responsible for shaping regional go-to-market execution, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring consistent revenue growth across software and data protection solutions. Acting as both a strategic leader and hands-on sales driver, you will coach and develop a team of sales professionals while strengthening partner and alliance ecosystems. The role combines deep technical fluency with strong commercial acumen, enabling you to position advanced enterprise software solutions effectively. You will operate in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with significant autonomy and visibility. - Lead district-level sales strategy, ensuring achievement of revenue targets across enterprise and complex commercial accounts.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans that expand market share across software, data protection, and cyber resilience solutions.
- Manage and grow third-party alliances and partner relationships to strengthen pipeline and accelerate deal closure.
- Coach, mentor, and develop a team of sales representatives to improve performance, pipeline generation, and customer engagement.
- Oversee customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring high-quality account management and solution delivery.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive strategic expansion across assigned territory and key accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales execution with product strategy and organizational goals.
- 5+ years of experience in software sales leadership or sales management within enterprise technology environments.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex, multi-account sales territories.
- Strong technical understanding of software, infrastructure, or data protection solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and complex named accounts in competitive markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; additional certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC or similar) is highly desirable.
- Competitive base salary range of $168,300 – $253,000 USD, with high earning potential based on performance.
