Studio Manager in San Antonio, Texas at Avanti Holdings LLC

Job Duties:

• Achieving Monthly Sales Quotas.
• Hiring and Training Studio Staff (Onboarding/Offboarding).
• Personal Sales, Administration of Memberships, Referral Programs (generating sales documents, MBO management, scheduling classes, handling phone inquiries, sales / memberships, generating reports, auditing, completing check-ins, equipment overview, overall organization, rules and regulations, forms, pre-sales)
• Administrative Paperwork.
• Handling Membership Issues.
• Assist Head Coach with in and out of studio event (i.e. Hell Week, 5ks, etc.).
• Marketing, and Distribution of Promotional Materials Outside of the Studio.
• Hosting and Attending Marketing Events such as Health Fairs and Lunch and Learns.
• Focus on lead generation.
• Leading Weekly Meetings and Communication with the Sales Associates Regarding Studio Promotions and Policy on Sign-Ups.
• Continue working towards the goals established in the Development Plan created by the management team.

• Lead day-to-day studio operations
• Drive membership sales, promotions, and studio performance
• Coach, train, and support team members
• Create a positive and welcoming experience for members and guests
• Handle member questions and concerns professionally
• Maintain studio cleanliness, inventory, and organization
• Review reports, sales data, and KPIs to identify opportunities
• Support scheduling, onboarding, training, and team accountability

• 3+ years of leadership or management experience preferred
• Sales, retail, fitness, hospitality, or membership-based experience preferred
• Previous Orangetheory Fitness or health and wellness experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold a team accountable
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Positive, energetic, and passionate about health and fitness
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends based on studio needs
