Crumbl Cookies in Tyler is hiring dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused Delivery Drivers to join our team!

We're looking for motivated individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate and timely deliveries, and supporting our bakery operations.

Crumbl is a fast-paced, high-volume bakery where teamwork, attention to detail, time management, and adaptability are essential. Our menu changes weekly, and every team member plays an important role in maintaining our standards.

This is not a driving-only position. Delivery Drivers are also expected to assist with cookie production, packaging, cleaning, and other bakery responsibilities between deliveries.

Estimated total hourly earnings: $16.43–$22.53/hour, including tips

• Starting base pay: $7.50–$8.00/hour + pooled tips

• Base wage increases may be available following successful completion of the initial 30-day training period

• Additional opportunities for wage growth based on performance and responsibilities

• Tips are pooled and distributed among eligible team members

Delivery Operations

• Safely transport and deliver Crumbl cookies to residential customers, businesses, catering events, and other designated locations

• Complete assigned deliveries accurately, efficiently, and on time

• Verify order contents, packaging, delivery instructions, and customer information before leaving the bakery

• Carefully load, transport, and unload orders to maintain product quality and presentation

• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules while complying with all traffic laws

• Communicate promptly with management regarding delivery delays, incorrect addresses, customer concerns, or other issues

• Confirm delivery completion and follow required delivery documentation and verification procedures

• Handle customer payments when applicable and according to company procedures

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and equipment

• Report vehicle damage, accidents, traffic citations, or safety concerns promptly

• Follow all company driving, delivery, and transportation policies

Bakery Operations & Customer Service

• Assist with cookie production, baking, decorating, packaging, and order preparation as trained

• Read, understand, and accurately follow recipes and production instructions

• Perform quality checks to ensure cookies meet Crumbl standards

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional service

• Accurately prepare and package in-store, pickup, and delivery orders

• Assist with opening, closing, restocking, and daily cleaning responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and food preparation areas

• Maintain a clean-as-you-go approach throughout each shift

• Support coworkers and shift leaders to keep bakery operations running smoothly

• Remain productive between deliveries and assist wherever needed

Driving Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Minimum of one (1) year of clean driving history required

• Must possess a valid driver's license

• Must have valid automobile insurance as required by applicable law and company policy

• Employment eligibility for driving duties is subject to a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) review

• Must meet company driving eligibility and insurance requirements

• Must maintain an acceptable driving record throughout employment

• Must follow all traffic laws, safe driving practices, and company vehicle policies

• Must promptly report any changes to driver's license status, insurance eligibility, or driving record

• Willingness to assist with baking, packaging, cleaning, and other assigned responsibilities

• Basic math and computer skills

• Availability to work mornings, evenings, Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays as business needs require

• Previous delivery experience is preferred but not required

Delivery Drivers work both inside our high-volume bakery and outside while completing deliveries.

Essential job functions may include:

• Standing and walking for extended periods

• Driving for varying periods throughout the shift

• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive hand movements

• Loading, unloading, and carrying cookie boxes, catering orders, ingredients, and supplies

• Lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds, consistent with applicable safety requirements

• Working near commercial ovens and bakery equipment

• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions during deliveries

• Performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and product quality
