Bartender

We are seeking a qualified Bartender who will utilize proper judgement while preparing and serving beverages to patrons.

**Applicant must have the ability to successfully complete certification programs as instructed by the property.

Responsibilities:

• Verifying that patrons are of the legal drinking age by checking their identification in accordance with state/local laws.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Restock, replenish bar inventory and supplies regularly throughout shift.
• Entering orders into bar POS, collecting payments, and balancing cash drawer.
• Maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance and bar area at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements/ Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older, in accordance with the property’s state/local laws for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Previous beverage service experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long period of time and perform repetitive motions.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Detail-orientated individual who is able to focus on maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Ability to maintain a composed, approachable and professional attitude
