We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full-cycle pre-employment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating background checks.

- Facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.

- Serve as a point of contact for new employees, providing guidance on company policies, benefits, and procedures.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems.

- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures related to recruitment and onboarding.

- Support other HR functions such as employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in pre-employment screening, recruitment, and onboarding processes.

- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

College degree or at least 4 years of HR experience.
