Position Summary
The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, financial performance, and guest experience at Atlas. This individual will serve as the face of the restaurant, leading a highly skilled management team while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and hospitality.
This role requires a proven luxury restaurant operator with Michelin-level experience who understands the nuances of refined service, culinary excellence, and building high-performing teams. The General Manager will work closely with the Executive Chef, Area Director, and corporate leadership to drive operational excellence while continuously elevating the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations while maintaining Michelin-caliber service standards.
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing management and service team.
- Partner closely with the Executive Chef to deliver a seamless front and back-of-house operation.
- Drive financial performance through labor management, cost controls, forecasting, budgeting, and revenue optimization.
- Foster a culture centered on hospitality, professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with VIP guests, hotel leadership, local community partners, and industry professionals.
- Ensure exceptional execution across all aspects of service, food quality, beverage, and guest satisfaction.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top hospitality talent.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic initiatives, marketing efforts, private dining, and business development opportunities.

Requirements:Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience, including General Manager or Director-level leadership in luxury fine dining.
- Michelin-starred or Michelin Guide restaurant experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading restaurants with annual revenues exceeding $10M.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L performance, labor, and operating expenses.
- Extensive wine, spirits, and luxury hospitality knowledge.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- High emotional intelligence with a servant leadership approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment where attention to detail is paramount.
- Open to relocation to the Atlanta market if not currently local.
