As a Server at FARMSHOP, you'll embody our commitment to exceptional hospitality — greeting guests, guiding them through our menus, and providing attentive service throughout their dining experience while collaborating closely with our kitchen and bar teams.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, specials, and promotions.

· Take accurate food and beverage orders, noting special requests and dietary restrictions.

· Input orders into the POS system and serve food and beverages promptly.

· Check in with guests, address concerns, and provide attentive service throughout the meal.

· Process payments accurately and professionally.

· Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.

Skills/Abilities:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Food handler certification required.

· Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification required.

· Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service skills.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work in a high-paced, at times stressful, environment.

· Ability to frequently lift, move, and/or push up to 35 pounds.

· Able to work indoors and outdoors as needed.

· Flexible schedule availability, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and nights.

· Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States.

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent is required.

· Food hander certification is required

· Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification is required.
