Job Description
California Western School (CWSL) of Law is seeking a reliable, service-oriented, and skilled Maintenance Team Member I or II (Team Member) to help maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming campus environment. Reporting to the Facilities Department, this position performs a wide range of routine and semi-skilled maintenance duties, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, grounds maintenance, and equipment repairs. The Team Member works independently to complete maintenance work orders, support campus moves and relocations, assist with event setups and breakdowns, and perform day porter responsibilities throughout the campus. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and is committed to providing outstanding support to the CWSL community. One position is available, candidates may be considered for one of two levels listed below.

Factors in determining the appropriate job title level (Maintenance Team Member I or II) and compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the law school reasonably expects to pay for the position levels I - II. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the law school anticipates paying for this position, based on internal equity and budget.
