What You'll DoAs a Customer Care Representative, you'll play a vital role in connecting clients with the care they need by:
- Welcoming clients and visitors while creating a positive, professional first impression.
- Answering incoming phone calls promptly and routing callers to the appropriate team members.
- Scheduling appointments and making reminder calls while documenting client interactions accurately.
- Assisting walk-in clients, including directing individuals requesting crisis services to the appropriate provider.
- Communicating expected wait times and offering scheduling options when appropriate.
- Verifying, updating, and maintaining accurate client demographic and insurance information.
- Collecting copays and self-pay fees during check-in.
- Verifying insurance eligibility online or by phone.
- Communicating appointment cancellations and schedule changes with clients and staff.
- Supporting multiple clinic locations by learning their scheduling and operational processes.
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail in a timely manner.
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling all client information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Helping identify and report facility safety concerns when needed.

- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
- Ability to quickly learn scheduling systems and operational procedures across multiple locations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
