Who we are-

Elevate Jet is the modern evolution of Elevate Aviation Group, bringing nearly thirty years of private aviation expertise into a new, technology-driven era. As the FAA-certificated airline within the organization, Elevate Jet manages and operates aircraft directly while offering advisory, acquisition, and management services. Built for clients whose time is their most valuable asset, Elevate Jet pairs operational mastery with seamless technology to make private aviation as simple as it should be.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

At the core of this role, you will maintain our maintenance tracking systems (CAMP, CASS, Veryon, & SierraTrax), keep aircraft, engine, and APU logbooks current and accurate, and serve as the trusted owner of our aircraft records inventory, including during aircraft sales or management transitions. You will monitor flight hour tracking in Avianis, identify and correct discrepancies, support monthly reporting to warranty companies, and assist the Chief Inspector in keeping our maintenance manuals current.

Beyond records, you will oversee day-to-day operations of our Plano office, including greeting visitors, coordinating vendors and supplies, and supporting company meetings and events. You will also provide direct support to senior leadership and our C-suite, managing calendars, coordinating travel, processing expense reports, and handling confidential information with sound judgment.

WHAT YOU BRING

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on aviation records maintenance experience is required, as this is the foundation of the role. Prior office management or executive support experience is preferred. Successful candidates bring exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while managing competing priorities. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required for candidates with strong relevant experience.

THE FINE PRINT

  • Based in Plano, TX. Up to 10% travel if necessary
  • Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
  • U.S. work authorization required; we're unable to sponsor visas at this time.
