Job Description
Commercial Waterproofing Superintendent
Full Time (In Person), Monday - Friday | Based on Qualifications & Experience
Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southeastern U.S. since 1972. We are looking for an experienced Waterproofing Superintendent to oversee day-to-day activities on commercial waterproofing projects, leading crews and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
What You Will Do
- Supervise on-site installation, repair, and maintenance work
- Direct crews and subcontractors, keeping projects on schedule
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and conduct site inspections
- Maintain quality control and resolve issues during installation
- Manage on-site materials and equipment
- Keep accurate daily logs and progress reports
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors on site
What You Bring
5+ years of commercial roofing/waterproofing experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
Hands-on experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal systems
Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen as a condition of hire
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Nice to Have
OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification
Specialized training (crane, forklift, aerial lift, rigging, CERTA)
Bilingual fluency
